If you are experienced in the Pilates repertoire, contact us for private sessions. If you would like to attend a class, please reserve online.

If you and up to 3 others want to work together and are of a similar fitness level, please contact us to schedule your sessions. Duet, triplet and quad sessions are not appropriate for those with injuries.

If you’ve never practiced Pilates before we recommend a few private sessions. If that doesn’t work for you, we can guide you to the classes that will meet your needs.

If you have had a recent injury, a traumatic history or are post partum and cleared by your physician to exercise, we want to personally talk to you and guide you in the right direction.
